Selective supplement for pathogen Neisseria isolation
Packaging
Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix until complete dissolution and aseptically add to 500 ml of GC AGAR BASE (Cat. 1106), autoclaved, cooled to 50°C and with both 50 ml of lysed horse blood and reconstituted POLYENRICHMENT SUPPLEMENT (Cat. 6011) added. Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
