Packaging
Suspend 46.0 grams of medium in 900 ml of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation until the medium is completely dissolved. Distribute in adequate containers and sterilize in autoclave at 121 ºC for 15 minutes. Cool to 44 - 47 ºC and add aseptically 100 ml of egg yolk emulsion (Cat. 5152) and 10 ml of a polymyxin B solution (106 UI / 100 ml distilled water)
