Packaging
Suspend 28.5 grams of medium in one liter of distilled water. If desired, add 0.5 to 1.0% carbohydrate for specific fermentation test. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Sterilize in autoclave at 118ºC for 15 minutes. Cool to 50ºC, mix well and dispense into tubes. Allow to cool in a slanted position.
