Packaging
Suspend 31.6 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution AVOID OVERHEATING. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE Dispense into appropriate containers.
