Packaging
Suspend 37.1 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water at 80ºC. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. AVOID OVERHEATING. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50ºC, mix well and dispense into plates. Keep plates refrigerated at 8-15ºC protecting them from light (plates may present a slight precipitate). It is recommended to prepare the plates on the same day of their use.
