Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 5 ml of sterile distilled water/acetone 1:1. Mix gently until complete dissolution and aseptically add to 500 ml of LEGIONELLA CYE AGAR BASE (Cat. 1311), after autoclaving, cooling to 45-50°C and adding 5 vials of LEGIONELLA BCYE SUPPLEMENT (Cat. 6022) to it. Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
