Selective supplement for Campylobacter isolation
Packaging
Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 2 ml of 1:1 solution of acetone /sterile distilled water.Mix gently until complete dissolution and add aseptically to 500 ml of CAMPYLOBACTER AGAR BASE (PRESTON)(Cat.1131) autoclaved,cooled to 50 °C and with 5%lysed horse blood added.Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
