Selective Medium for isolation and orientate differentiation of
Yersinia enterocolitica.
Applications
Packaging
Suspend 76,0 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well. Swirl to obtain a homogeneous suspension. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 50°C, mix well and dispense into plates. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
