Medium formulated according to the ISO 9308-1:2000 standard for the detection of E-coli and Coliform bacteria in water. The
characteristic Coliform colonies are yellow in color with an orange or brick red center and a yellow halo, after incubation at a temperature of 36 ± 2°C and 44°C and observed after 24 hours. The characteristic colonies are confirmed by carrying out the oxidase and indole test.
