Packaging
Suspend 13.2 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation.Dispense into screw-capped test tubes and place in flowing steam for 15 minutes. Allow to cool at room temperature and tighten the caps to avoid water loss.
