  • This parameter is recommended by EU

  • Standards as the most objective indicator

  • for falsification grade of raw milk and

  • consumption milk (skimmed, pasteurized

  • and UHT), because milk freezing point

  • temperature is very much influenced by

  • additional water.
Main Features:

  • One-point calibration based on distilled water sample.

  • Fully automated measuring process. Measuring correction enters into the microprocessor memory.

  • Automatic mode – only sample is to be fed

  • Use of microprocessor based control and very constant electronic elements.

  • Short measuring time ca 1,5 min.

  • High accuracy (±0,002oC) and repeatability (±0,002oC) of results.

  • Digital readout of temperature "oC" and "%H2O" with printout.

  • Utilisation of disposable test-tubes (washing and sterilisation not needed)

  • Light weight and small dimensions. 

Resistance to vibrations and to hard working conditions (humidity max. 85% ambient temp. 36oC) make the CRYOSCOPE 800 well applicable in stationary and field conditions.
