Selective enrichment medium for Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to HABS and Kirschner. Malachite green inhibits the growth of the accompanying flora without affecting the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The addition of a small dose of phosphate favours the maintenance of the correct pH.
