Medium formulated according to the ISO 7899-2:2000 standard for the determination of intestinal Enterococci which are capable of reducing the TTC in the medium to formazan giving red-brick colored colonies. Incubate at a temperature of 36 ± 2°C and observe after 44 ± 4 hours.
