Packaging
Suspend 80 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Soak 10 – 15 minutes. Heat evenly while stirring frequently and boil the medium for a minute. Dispense in test tubes or flasks and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
If the final pH of 6.5 is required, the pH may be adjusted with 1% aqueous sodium carbonate, using 30 ml per liter of medium.
