Medium formulated according to the UNE-EN 12780:2002 standard for the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by means of the
membrane-filtration technique. All colonies producing a green-blue color (pyocyanin) are considered confirmed Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Incubate at a temperature of 36 ± 2°C and observe after 22 ± 2 hours and 44 ± 4 hours.
